Should i cut my hair short or leave it long?

my hair is REALLY long, and REALLY curly. (they say i look like a mop-head, when i dont straighten it)





I have black and thick hair, like really thick!





so basically, i have curly black, long thick hair, and i've had it that way since kindergarden. Now i'm a freshmen in high school. My hair goes all the way to my waste, and i'm about 5'2''. If i have ever cut it it the past, it was prolly a trim.





I wanna cut it short. like this:

Shorter hair could look nice, but you do realize that it wont look like that right? Cutting your hair will make it look curlier and thicker. So it would probably end up like this:

And the girl's hair in this picture is a lot longer than in the ones you included.


It could look nice if you take your time with it in the mornings, but if you're the brush and go type I wouldn't suggest it.

I think you should definitely cut it, but keep in mind that since your hair is curly it will look a lot shorter and it will get curlier since you don't have all of that hair weighing it down.Should i cut my hair short or leave it long?
uuumm i think you should leave it long cuz if u cut it dat short ur hair will look lyk u hav an afro since its curly





or u cud cut it short n relax ur hair so it will stay straight.





i have really curly hair so i ask the salon to rebound it, rebounding is almost the same as relaxing ur hair but it will stay longer n straighter
If you want to cut it short, go for it!!


I suggest asking the salon to thin your hair out, which means to cut some of the hair under the first layer of hair. If you want it straightened, I recommend a straight perm. They work and last for a couple of months.
Don't cut it that short ! It's a little too short..

Get it thined and ask if they could perm it straight. Also use moose (i dont know how to spell that) to style it and blow dry it straight.
I think just try it to about your shoulders first with cute sidebangs or something see if you can getit permed straight if not just straighten it everyday but if u like it short like that then u can try going shorter
Get a hair cut that's up to your shoulders then get some layers so it won't look so thick. i think that'll look nice on you.
