Should i cut my hair short or grow it longer??

-long hair- mid boob length


-brownish/brown hair


-layers


-side bangs


-straight hair





i was thinking cut it to my neck, or growing it like 2 inches longer. help me!Should i cut my hair short or grow it longer??
Without a picture, here goes. Short hair to your neck would frame your face well and bring out your eyes. It would also expose your shoulders and neck. All of these can create a great look. Keeping the layers and side bangs would probably also look great. The key to pulling it off is confidence. As long as you're confident about the cut it'll look great. i tihnk you should cut it short like how rihanna had it BEFORE she cut it suuuper short... like how posh has hers, longer in the front shorter in the back......or else if you want you could it a little but longer like... around the shoulders and get layers too.. that looks really cute.
You should really give it a trim. I posted on your other question and i thing you should get this hair cut, maybe shorter length?

Only cut your hair to your neck if you have good cheekbones and a skinny kinda face.
