If I were you , I would keep it long and do not cut it, but your hair looks thin, so to make it looks full, ask a good hairdresser to make you larg waves.

Remember that if you have short hair, it makes your body seem bigger and bottom heavy. A lot of women like this because they think it empowering.
You should get it shoulder length with jagged layers. I got it done about 4 weeks ago (I had the same hairstyle and I kinda look the same- creepy, nah jk). It looks really good. Get bangs that go really far to one side or bangs (fringe) that go kinda up in the middle.

It depends are you doing what you like or what men like? If the former do what makes you happy, if you care what men like, take it from a man, keep it long and grow it longer.
