Should i cut my hair short or grow it long? how should i cut it? *pics*?

okay. so i want to get my hair cut either short, shoulder length, or grow it long but i don't know which of these would compliment my face! could you find a picture or at least tell me what would look good?

and while i've got this question going: am i pretty? i think i'm about average, but the other day in math some girl said i was pretty...Should i cut my hair short or grow it long? how should i cut it? *pics*?
I think you should grow it out and have longer layers, it'd look really good. I think that you would look good with some highlights, or a more carmely looking color in your hair, something to lighten it up and brighten your face a little more.Should i cut my hair short or grow it long? how should i cut it? *pics*?
