Should i cut my hair short or keep it long?

im decidining if i should grow it long or cut it about shoulder length with tons of layers cuz i have thick hair





so yea just look at the pioc of me and tell me if i should go long or go short


if it effects the answer i am 5'2 jap/chi mix


i have medium hair already that is about to my solar plexus


i have naturally wavy hair and its black black


and its full and thcik so when you curl it or something it stays longer than normal ppl's





i have side bangs that go over my left side of my head now and im gonna keep them
