Help! Should I cut my hair short or leave it long?

I had long hair all my life, I'm the type of person who always love to try new things. I want to see how it is with short hair im so curious, but I'm afaird it might not come out right and I look ugly. So your job is to let me know if you think I would look right with short hair, I see some females rocking it and I want to too!! lol

I think you have Beautiful Long hair .I do like the hair cut you chose also.But I had really Long hair and I made a big mistake cutting it so short that I could not get a pony tail in my hair.So here is my suggestion,If you decide to get your hair cut leave enough hair to put in a pony tail.
i didnt look at those pictures but heres an idea.... for me, my head is kind of round and the way my hair is, it looks horrible short, so unless you have a nice, skinny head then i would just keep it long... or go to makoversolutions.com and you can see yourself with short hair on there. good luck!

Its good that you like to try new things but I personally think you should keep it long it looks really pretty, but thats just my opinion. Good Luck!!
not a real big fan of girls w/ short hair. your hair looks perfect the way it is now.......if you want to cut it, try sholder length first:)

My Dear - you would be well served to leave your hair alone! Unless you find your hair to be so long that it is no longer managable (you don't appear to have that problem), leave your hair alone.





If you insist on changing your look buy a wig (Hannah Montana/Miley Cyrus).
your hair looks really pretty the way it is but i wouldent cut it the way you put it in the pic mybe a bob since your hair is straight bec your hair wont look the way it is in the pic be your hair is silky and it will just go down and flatten

Go ahead and cut it to experiment who knows you might end up looking hotter ;), but if you dont like it I am sure it would grow back!!!!!!!!!

I was you, I say that because your hair is a completely texture than hers and you have a huge chance of whatever stylist you go to with you ending up with a mullett. It's easy to do with these types of styles, If you were confident in your stylist than thats a totally different story. It would have to be razor cut for you to get the texture to be piecey and the products make all the difference in the world

Yea, cut it, you have a pretty face and all that hair is hiding you. And if you don't like it, it will grow back! I've done it a million times, I grow my hair long and then chop it, sometimes like boy short and most times in a bob. I'm actually trying to grow it out again. It's been three years since my last cut and my hair is down past my shoulders, so a few more inches and then probably in a year or two it's off with my hair again! It's fun and like I said it will grow back. Make sure you have a good person doing it though. Some people are chop happy, be specific. Have fun.....
OK -- you need to be honest with yourself and figure out whether you are a long hair girl or a girl who doesn't really care.





a long hair girl believes that her hair length is an integral part of her femininity (there is nothing wrong with this way of thinking -- it just is what it is). when a long hair girl cuts off her hair, she can feel like she's lost a part of her feminine identity, and may become extremely upset by this.





a girl who doesn't identify herself, feminine or otherwise, with her hair length will not feel this anxiety after cutting her hair.





if you've never had short hair, think before you cut all the way. you can do something in-between to test out how you feel before going all the way to short.





i know of what i speak -- i found out the hard way that i was a long hair girl. i had a cute, very sexy bob like whatserface is wearing now -- very short in the back with long front. it looked hot, and i cried for 3 hours straight. it took 3 years to grow it back to a healthy, acceptable length.
I really like your hair now. I wouldn't cut it like the picture. I think it would make you look too soccer mom.
you should leave it long it's beautiful. I cut my hair and regreted it... it was to my knees and when the woman was finished it looked like a mess and wouldn't grow back fast :(

ok, who really cares if the hairstyle looks bad on you or not!!! if you want to try it freakin try it dude. i went through so many hairstyles and only a couple of them were kinda.....not so good. but who cares???? hair grows, right? just cut yo dang hair girl.
