Should i cut my hair short or grow it longer?

i am 15 short for my age and have brown eyes and brown hair, i don't know what is better for a person like me long hair or short hair??Should i cut my hair short or grow it longer?
It all depends on the head shape. Oval head= Layered Bob.

after you can hilight or dye your hair, the top a light color and the bottom a dark color or vise versa. ;)
grow it long...i have long hair and always wanna cut it, but after i do i have major regrets and start growing it back long

The shorter the person, the longer the hair. It'll really make you stand out. And layers would be best too.
